My attitude toward food.

I consider myself healthy eater and like to cook my food at home. However, sometime when I am very busy and I might not be able to cook at home I grab something from convenient story or restaurant. Which is not health for my body but I do it anyways. The kind of food I often buy from supermarket is fruit and vegetables, I don’t often eat meat but sometime when I decide to buy meat I usually go to foreigner meat story. I have no idea why but I always wondered if what I am eating everyday is healthy for my body or not, as result I decided to eat mostly fruit and vegetable. Nowadays since I realized all of the food I am eating is somewhat chemically contaminated, I am considering shopping at organic story. Even though organic food is not scientifically proved to be better than conventional food still the affect it is not chemically contaminated suggest to me it is healthier than conventional food. An also the video I watched for my English writing class about the secret and deception of supermarket, now made me reconsider everything I eat and be aware such things when I go for shopping.
Is the food we eat healthy and safe?        I cannot say the food we are eating is not safe but according to the video I watched the food we are eating is not always healthy. Most the times consumers assume the food we buy is healthy by looking at labels. However, that not always the case, the food we assume is healthy for our body often have a lot unhealthy fat in it and that which can be dangerous to our health. For example According the video chicken use to have low in fat and have more nutrition back in days but now everything is changed chickens are carrying unhealthy weight due to their lack of nutrition and proper carry while their alive. Therefore the food we consider is healthy and good for our body can be harmful to our body or our health, it is important for us to pay more attention to what are buying from supermarket.
“Organic junk food is still junk food” says Marion Nestle, what he is trying to say is the junk food we buy from organic story is not necessarily organic so we have to pay attention the food we consider is organic  even if we are buying it from organic story.
here is a example of what the quoit is saying about junk food from organic story.

What obstacles does Jamal have to overcome to succeed?

Jamal had to overcome so many obstacles to succeed. Like many others black men in America he was born and raised in rough neighborhood of Bronx in New York where his surrounding is mostly have negative influence on him. The perception people have for these kids who grow up in this kind of neighborhood usually is negative and most people assume if you come from the “ghetto” you don’t have much contributed to society beside committing crime or gangbanging. Therefore, it’s very hard for young black males like Jamal to overcome obstacles and succeed also the resource is limited for young black men to make out their situation. However, Jamal understood his responsibility at young to not accept to failure and work hard to overcome and succeed. Beside public perception of his environment and the struggle of his neighborhood he also had to deal with the fact his father was not in his life since he was young child and rose by a single mother. Frederick Douglas once said, “If there is no struggles, there is no progress” and Jamal knew there would be great obstacles in front of him but he is also determined to succeed in life. Jamal would have easily taken different path just like many young men who grew up his neighborhood but instead he turned his pain into writing and playing basketball. Jamal had to overcome the darkness of his environment and the perception of the society.
